With lockdown rules and restrictions being eased countrywide, many people find themselves headed back to work. One such person is South African rugby captain and much-loved family man, Siya Kolisi.
His wife Rachel, who seems to have overly enjoyed having her hubby at home with her and the kids, recently took to her Instagram page to share how she feels about having to say goodbye to her husband, who had spent most of his lockdown days with his family.
"It was such a blessing having him home for so long, I forgot what it was like doing it without him. But it’s back to business And the best is yet to come," she wrote.
She also shared a beautiful picture of the two of them. The heartfelt post was at the receiving end of over 20 000 likes. It also received a bunch of comments from their fans who shared messages of support for both Siya and Rachel.
Here are some of these comments.
"If one ‘good’ thing has come from this dreadful virus, it is as you say having him home for such an extended time and the children having some wonderful quality time with daddy & brother. Looking at all Siya’s uploads it seems that you all had a wonderful time together. It is such a blessing."

"The South Africa I dream of is here."
In other Briefly.co.za couple news, Kwesta and his wife, Yolanda Vilakazi let South Africa know in August that they were expecting their second bundle of joy. Due to Covid-19 restrictions, the couple has had to get extra creative with how they hosted the baby shower.
They have come up with an ingenious plan - a drive-by baby shower. This allowed for friends and family to stop by, visit the expecting mom and drop off a pressie. Some of the peeps to drop by included some big names in entertainment such as Tshepi Vundla and Lerato Mvelase.
Thabsie also showed up and gifted Yolanda with a SMEG kettle. Among the gifts that Yolanda received were breast pumps, baby clothes and children's toys. Yolanda is over the moon at the prospect of having another baby in the house. She has been regularly posting on social media, detailing her pregnancy.
