Anga Makubalo, more popularly known as NaakMusiQ, recently took to social media to share a throwback photo from his days working on the set of Generations. The picture included much-loved characters like Sibusiso Dhlomo, Mam' Ruby and even US actor Samuel L Jackson.
The media personality couldn't resist adding a little spice to his post by mentioning how the entire cast was once fired from the production by Mfundi Vundla.
Anga shared a post with his old cast members and captioned it:
It seems the actor remembered that the crew was fired six years and went back to fix his post by sarcastically saying:
"Actually guys, it may be longer. Six years ago was when we all got sacked (yayiyi filiim). This image was taken before..."
Social media users had mixed reactions to the post. Some found it amusing while others shared words of encouragement with Anga. Twitter user ChrisExcel102 said:
"This was a blessing in disguise for you.... Look at you now."
"I always wondered what he said exactly when he fired you guys."
"The nigga gon lost his mind when he made that decision. It was the end of a legacy from there on. At least there were people who made the best of what had happened."
"Couldn't heal after that and the good thing is I never watched Generations: The Legacy."
"The last time I watched Generations."
Briefly.co.za previously reported that Anga Makubalo melted hearts when he took to social media to express his gratitude and pride towards the man who keeps his garden in check. Moments like these restore faith in humanity.
Often we forget the integral role that those silent and underestimated people play in our lives and society as a whole. While a gardener might not be on billboards, it doesn’t mean they are any less important than those who are.
Briefly.co.za came across an appreciation post made by Anga in which he proudly let the world know what an amazing job his gardener has done at growing his business and bettering his life. Men like this truly deserve the hype!
Anga has had this man do his garden since 2017. Initially, it was only him who came until he started sending other men to do the work. Anga thought nothing of it and did not complain as the work being done was quality.
