Gomora actor Sicelo Buthelezi recently won the Outstanding Newcomer award at the Royalty Soapie Awards. When the newcomer on the Mzansi TV scene bagged the award, The Queen actor Sthembiso 'SK' Khoza was the first one to congratulate him.

SK gave Sicelo a solid and warm hug after he collected his award on the night. SK also bagged the Outstanding Supporting Actor award at the ceremony. Mzansi comedian Mpho Popps also congratulated Sicelo on the day.

To show appreciation to the two celebs for welcoming him with warm arms in the industry, Sicelo took to Instagram to share pics he took during the ceremony with the two stars. He captioned his post:

"Ngiyabonga bafowethu (Thank you my brothers)."

Sicelo has become a fan fave for his acting skills and the way he portrays the character of Teddy on the popular show Gomora. Gomora is Sicelo's first acting gig.

In other entertainment news, Briefly.co.za reported that US actor Leslie Jordan has taken to social media to share a video of himself dancing to - the internationally-recognised hit from South Africa. Master KG and Nomcebo's song continues to spread the love around the world.

Leslie, 65, who is known for his roles as Beverly Leslie in Will & Grace and Brother Boy in Sordid Lives, has joined millions of people who have participated in the #JerusalemaChallenge.

The star took to Instagram and shared a clip of himself singing and dancing to the epic song while even carrying a plate of food. The old man can surely get down. He captioned his post:

"Oh boy, I found a song spreading love around the world that has a dance associated with it — and, lets you eat food. It’s called #jerusalema and it’s from South Africa. I love it."
