Veteran actor Menzi Ngubane has taken to social media to share a throwback snap of himself and his buddy Mzwakhe Mbuli. The two legendary celebs are dressed to the nines in the epic pic.
The two stars were much younger when they took the pic. Menzi is famous for his roles in TV shows such as the defunct Generations, Gaz'Lam and for his recent role on Isibaya. Mzwakhe is a popular South African poet. He is known to many as "The People's Poet".
Menzi shared the throwback pic on Instagram on Thursday, 1 October. He captioned his post:
"#throwback with brother Mzwakhe Mbuli."
The two stars' fans have taken to Menzi's comment section to share their views on the snap. Most of them were happy to see two Mzansi legends in one pic. Check out some of their comments below:
"Too much legendary in one frame."
"Thee legends of our screens."

In similar news, Briefly.co.za previously reported that Menzi posted a throwback image of himself from when he was on the popular SABC drama Gaz'lam. The much younger Menzi used to sport cornrowed hair, gold chains and silk shirts in the series. He wrote:
"Let's throw it back to Gaz'lam with Siyabonga Shibe and the beautiful Thembi Seete looking on. Do you know that I was voted Most Stylish Actor In A Drama for this series?"
Menzi knows that if you don't appreciate yourself, no one will. The star sounded the alarm on his incredible contribution to Mzansi television, starting from almost 30 years ago. His fans definitely appreciated the blast from the past. One of them, daphnelogan, commented:
"You're always stylish where you act."
