AKA and Riky Rick are sweet, despite what the public believes. The Mzansi rappers may partake in a little friendly banter from time to time but that does not mean they are beefing.
Suspicions sparked after AKA took a jab at the fact that Riky Rick is no longer friends with Cassper Nyovest, his real beef bra. The tea was spilt in Cassper’s new song To Whom It May Concern.
AKA made a humorous comment directed at Riky Rick which some took as being rather offensive.
"How do you come up with all these crazy catchphrases/hooks bro? @rikyrickworld ... hectic. I thought you loved me. Smh."
A Riky Rick fan went on the defence and got served a cold hard comeback from AKA. Making it clear that he has no beef with Riky Rick, AKA told the troll to shhhh!
"He’s my friend. He doesn’t know you exist. Case closed."
Supa Mega went on to reassure the public that there is no beef between him and Riky Rick and that his posts were merely playful banter. People really need to chill.
"Nah. It ain’t even like that. Riky isn’t about that negative sh*t. I don’t roll like that. Example. Tido is tight with Tsibi ... but he’s tight with me too, and I never press him about it."
Briefly.co.za previously reported that iFani has taken to social media to open up about going after AKA following his recent comeback in the entertainment industry. The rapper took a long break from the music industry for personal reasons but he is back on our TV screens and he is also recording new music.
The Amah Knows Best presenter took to Twitter to share that he is back to "disappoint" AKA.
iFani and Supa Mega have not been seeing eye to eye since AKA accused the Ewe hitmaker of buying his plaques. iFani tweeted on Tuesday, 6 October:
"When I left the game I disappointed people… My people. Now I’m back to disappoint the people I left in the game. Your people: No, I’m lying, ONE people: Super Mega."
