A challenge of "how it started and how it's going" started making the rounds on social media and Tino Chinyani decided to take part. He posted screenshots on Twitter of how he started his relationship with Simphiwe Ngema and Mzansi had so much to say about it.
Tino started his relationship with Simz by "sliding in the DMs". He sent her a few emojis with drooling faces. The two happened to attend the same event but only waited until later to talk to each other through social media.
Mzansi tweeps felt that Tino's approach was a tad bit "thirsty". Some were even shocked that his approach seemed to work with Simz, with others calling her easy for taking the bait.
Mzansi tweeps were ready in the comments and had a lot to say, some were impressed and some were not so impressed.
@lilbbymutha commented: "I'm cackling so hard because these are EXACTLY the kind of messages I air or block."
@Hivestylees said: "If I pulled up in someone's DMs starving like that I would've caught a block and restraining order."
@real_maranza said: "She is easy. Thats what I get from these shots."
@dlalisa7 commented: "Gents this is proof that, they always break all the rules for the guy they like and make all the rules for the guy they don't like."
Even though some were not happy with how Tino approached Simz, it clearly worked because they are happy and have recently welcomed a baby into the world.
