DJ Speedsta has reached out to Cassper Nyovest to let him know that he meant no offence when he said that Costa Titch released the best album this year. It seems Cassper felt some type of way after Speedsta made the statement.
Cassper recently dropped his album AMN, along with Nasty C's ZMWSP and Costa Titch. Speedsta rated the Costa Titch album as the best one from the lot, a comment that apparently offended Nyovest.
Taking to Twitter to clarify his comment, Speedsta said:
“Yo @casspernyovest I just saw the replies (yours specifically) about my tweet saying Costa is the hottest etc …. I wasn’t trying to offend you in any way. I got mad love for you! Will call you & T Lee in the morning."
Social media users seemed amused by the fact that he had to explain himself. wise30152072 said:
"Lol this is the same Cassper that didn't want to sign Nasty C because Nasty C is better than him, so I'm not surprised you're out here apologising to that insecure dude... Let me screenshot this before you delete it."
"Bruh you said Costa's album is the best so far this year. You said what you said haibo. Stand by what you said. Y'all really hate Nyovest. Costa is not even that popular."
"SA celebrity cult made Cassper the spoiled child, endorsed his mediocrity and protected him from criticism. When you guys endorse new artists he throws tantrums."
Briefly.co.za previously reported that Cassper Nyovest is normally a hella humble guy who hardly lets the opinions of others affect him. His new album has him feeling some type of way though and Cassper is riding that power trip like a power ranger.
When an artist produces an album they put their entire soul into it. Spending that much time, energy and giving so much of yourself to something, best believe you only going to want it to succeed. It’s pretty much like giving birth to a new baby every time.
