Prince Kaybee has taken to social media to have some fun with his fans. The award-winning musician took to Twitter on Monday, 12 October and asked his followers to share some of his most quotable lines that have gotten him into trouble with other Mzansi celebs.
The star has become famous for throwing shade at the direction of other celebs, especially those in the music industry. He has had beefs with the likes of Black Coffee, Cassper Nyovest and DJ Maphorisa, among others.
The star's fans did not disappoint him. They flooded his comment section with some of the hilarious things that have landed him in trouble with other entertainers.
Some tweeps reminded him about the tweet where he claimed he was a better DJ than world-renowned DJ Black Coffee. Others told him about the time when he called Cassper Nyovest Shortpan and about his recent tweet where he referred to DJ Maphorisa as Lion Lager.
Check out some of the reactions from the Hosh hitmaker's fans below:
"He is the biggest selling DJ."
"He once said 'Shortpan' to someone I know..."
" 'I'm the best selling DJ in SA'. And one comment from Black Coffee made him delete the tweet."
"Uphori Ufana neLion Larger."
"He is bigger than BLACK COFFEE."
In related news, Briefly.co.za reported that Black Coffee 'knocked out' Prince Kaybee with one tweet when he made a comment that rubbed Coffee the wrong way. Unfortunately for Kaybee, Black Coffee had some time on his hands. The Hosh hitmaker took to Twitter to share that he believed he was underrated.
When a social media user asked him if he was bigger than Black Coffee, Kaybee said that he was. Of course social media users had mixed reactions to the post but it was Black Coffee's response that sealed Prince Kaybee's fate. The international DJ said little.
Instead, he posted screenshots of the number of streams that he has on Spotify (over 1 million) and compared them to Kaybee’s numbers on the platform (over 100 000). Eish. The response was so brutal that Prince Kaybee deleted his initial tweet. The house music producer even went on to explain that he was misunderstood.
