K Naomi recently took to social media to ask tweeps how they deal with anxiety. The media personality and other Mzansi celebs also opened up about anxiety and depression.
The stunner took to Twitter on Tuesday, 13 October to ask other social media users how they deal with it. Celebs such as DJ Cleo and Clement Maosa from Skeem Saam also took to her comment section to reveal how they deal with anxiety.
"How do you deal with your Anxiety?" the star asked.
Her fans took to her comment section with mixed reactions to her question. K Naomi also shared how she deals with anxiety. She said:
"I have to totally switch off, switch off my phone sometimes or sleep. Music helps sometimes but looking for alternatives."
Clement, who plays the character of Zamokuhle Seakamela on Skeem Saam, said he usually hits the bottle. He replied to K Naomi:
"Juice for adults."
DJ Cleo agreed with a tweep, @PhindiPhiri, who shared that she understands her triggers and removes herself from them. Cleo replied to the tweep:
"Louder! That's been me for 3 years now."
K Naomi also agreed with a tweep that one has to always find the source of anxiety.
In other entertainment news, Briefly.co.za reported that Cassper Nyovest has revealed that he's not looking to sign any artists to Family Tree anytime soon. The rapper was responding to a tweep on Tuesday, 13 October.
The Amademoni hitmaker shared that for now he just wants to focus on himself as an artist. The star also revealed that Nadia Nakai will remain the only signee at his record label because she's a "hard worker". Cass responded to @DestinyMindset:
"Maybe producers but not artist anytime soon. I just wanna be an artist for the next few years. Nadia is the only one cause she's loyal and she's a hard worker who don't wait on me. My studio is almost done so ima be labbing out with a few producers and artists soon."
Mufasa, who dropped his new album Any Minute Now at the beginning of September, also announced that the construction of Family Tree offices is up and running again after it was halted due to the Covid-19 lockdown.
