As the 2020 US presidential election draws near, Briefly.co.za has compiled a list of luxury rides in the fleet of President Donald Trump.
It should be noted that according to Insider, this list of automobiles was put together in 2017 and there could have been more added since then.
The same media reports that the US president in 2015 said he is worth as much as $10 billion. A report by Forbes Investigation two years after showed that his net worth dwindled to around $3.7 billion.
Below are, therefore, some of the cars the president has in his garage:
1. Rolls-Royce Silver Cloud
Trump really loves Rolls-Royce so much that he bought a 1956 classic version of the automobile. The report has it that the classic car is one of the favourite rides of the president.
The price of the car is put between £20,000 and £90,000 in the market.
2. Lamborghini Diablo
This is another whip that shows Trump’s taste for classic cars. The 1997 Lambo is highly regarded as one of the popular supercars in automobile history.
3. Mercedes-Benz SLR McLaren
This particular car was launched in 2003 when Mercedes was still in partnership with McLaren Automotive.
4. Cadillac Allante
It should be noted that the American president has more than one Cardillac. He has others like the convertible V8 and Escalade SUV.
5. Tesla Roadster
This car is a sporty and a fully electric vehicle. What a wonderful way to go green! Some say that it is in contrast to the president’s view on climate change.
6. 24-karat Gold Chopper
Though not a car, this bike is reeled in gold and was built by Paul Teutal Sr, one of the founders of the Orange Country Choppers.
Meanwhile, Briefly.co.za earlier reported that Bugatti La Volture Noire tops the list of most expensive cars in 2020 with a big price tag of $19 million.
As popular as Rolls Royce is among the rich, you would think it would knock off Bugatti.
Rather, it came second place with Sweptail model which currently sells for $13 million, a whopping $5 million cheaper than Bugatti. Different models of Bugatti cars dominate the list as the brand occupies the first, third, fifth, and 10th positions.
