The report indicated that two men broke into the house and demanded the occupants to give them their mobile phones and valuables. As this happened, a third man waited outside the door.

Early in 2015, the guy is also accused of murdering a taxi boss in Alexandra. It looks like the gut trialled for that and was sentenced to 30 years in prison.

It pains us to hear people make promises, yet they know that they solved the case a long time ago, but they are not willing to make arrests because they will have to arrest one of their own.
9. Who was in the house when Senzo was killed?
Miya went ahead to allege that at the time of Senzo Meyiwa death, there were seven people in the house. He identified them as Kelly Khumalo, Ntombi Gladness Khumalo, Kelly's mother, Zandi, Kelly's sister, Longwe Twala, Zandi's boyfriend, Tumelo Madlala and Mthokozisi Thwala, Senzo's friends, and Christian, Kelly's son.
According to Miya, when Senzo was shot, one of the people who was present in the house reached out to the family to deliver Senzo Meyiwa death news. The person who reached out claimed that he had been shot by Zandi's boyfriend. The family came to learn later that Zandi's boyfriend was Longwe Twala. Miya also refuted the claims of the weapon linked to the murder being found. He alleged that the police were defeating the ends of justice.
