Take a look at the post below:

South Africans flooded social media with posts under #AmINext and #EndHumanTraffickingInSA.

Cassper Nyovest wasn't the only celeb to speak out about it. Blue Mbombo called on President Cyril Ramaphosa to take action.

Anga Makubalo, who goes by the Twitter handle @Naakmusiq__ZA, commented:

"Our government's silence in this matter is so loud and painful #EndHumanTraffickingInSA."

Another tweep, @n_sitholen, wrote:

"Mr Bheki Cele this is a serious matter. It's not clout-chasing or attention-seeking as you've previously alluded too. Our sisters and children are being targeted. Our South Africa is no longer the same for them and this is a reality they daily live in."

In other news, Briefly.co.za earlier reported that a group of Nigerians living in South Africa gathered on Wednesday to protest against the current unrest in the country.

The group will be marching to the Nigerian High Commission in Pretoria, determined to protest against the injustice despite being so far from home. Ayo Songuro, a lawyer living in SA, participated in the demonstration and commented that:

"Tomorrow morning ( Wednesday) we take the protest to the Nigerian High Commission here. If the government thinks it can ban protesters at home, then we will take up the baton and protest across the world."
