While all kinds of bodies are beautiful, it's always nice to completely smash a weightloss or weight gain goal that you set for yourself. A young Mzansi man, @Thabiso_14M recently shared some pics of his great transformation.
In the "How it started vs how it ended" challenge, the young guy shared pictures of himself as younger and chubbier while in the next frame he is pictured much leaner and even rocks a bold new hairstyle to compliment his new abs.
Twitter users headed to the comment section to share their thoughts on his new and improved physique. A lot of them asked him for a little advice on how they can do the same. Read their tweets below.

In equally inspiring news, Briefly.co.za reported, a local man is showing that hard work never ends. Ramatsetse Emanuel Nkosinathi Mashabela has three degrees but is working through a learnership with the Department of Correctional Services. According to Ramatsetse, this course is equivalent of a Grade 12 certificate.
Ramatsetse has a degree in social sciences where he majored in criminology and psychology, Honours in psychology as well as his Master's by thesis. Although he is packed with qualifications, he's still chasing a dream.
He shared his story to Facebook and it was then reshared to the #ImStaying group IamLerato LeeRahtow where the post gained over 2 000 reactions from Stayers. Commenting on his achievements, Merle Van Renen Angelos said:
"Your dedication to your studies confirms commitment and you certainly look committed to in the work you do! Using this time to gain practical experience will stand you in good stead for the future! Attitude equals 100%."
