This year just keeps on getting stranger. Who would have thought that we would see the day Somizi had a sit-down with Jacob Zuma's son Duduzane? The pair were spotted lounging around together recently and Mzansi social media users were left with a lot of questions.
Taking to Twitter, Somizi shared a snap with Duduzane along with the simple caption:
The random pairing came at a completely unexpected time as the two men have never been seen together. Twitter user Inenekazi_saud:
"Mkhozi they're planning a new TV show 'Somizi takes Nkandla'."
"It’s nice being you hey..."
"Am sure you're getting corruption skills from him"
"Hawks looking at them like, arrest arrest..."
"Are you preparing the table before your future poi?"
"Money hanging out with money and I'm sure they are planning Season 5 SA money heist."
Meanwhile, Briefly.co.za had previously reported that Duduzane Zuma, son of former president Jacob Zuma, had returned to South Africa from Dubai and his caused quite a stir. When exactly he landed is not known but he caused quite a commotion in KwaMashu afterwards..
Duduzane and his bodyguards arrived at Wiseman carwash and shisanyama, which is in the G section of the township. He made a point of sitting in the general area instead of in the VIP area reserved for important patrons, according to IOL.
People were eager to get selfies taken with Duduzane and he posed for a number of them. He was treated like a celebrity and the DJ even played uBaba ka Duduzane, which sent the patrons into a frenzy.
The ex-president's son was asked to explain why he had chosen to leave his country for the United Arab Emirates, to which he answered that SA had opted to financially exclude him.
With his accounts frozen, Duduzane detailed how he had made the decision to move:
"It wasn't my choice to move to Dubai or the UAE. I was doing my business calmly as you saw. There was a lot of media coverage that came around me, my associates and family that led to subsequent actions from certain institutions that basically forced me to make a move."
