South African people love a good serving of meat and that's one thing many of us can agree on. What we seemingly cannot agree on, is how we prepare our meat. This was proven after a local man shared a picture of the meat he was defrosting in his bathtub.
@lindz_malindz recently took to Twitter to share a picture of what some considered an innovative idea - defrosting meat in a bathtub that looked too large to fit into a microwave. He then asked his followers if he was the only one who resorted to those measures when it came to defrosting their meat.
Twitter users, however, seemed very distracted by the candles that had created a romantic ambiance for the meat that was defrosting in the bathtub. Confused Mzansians took to the comment section to ask what purpose the lit candles were serving in the entire process.
Read a few of their comments below.
"So vele vele you had to light the candles for the meat vele."
"You got a whole mood for defrosting meat? That’s a lil different."
"You're always the only one doing these weird things."
"I usually just leave it in the fridge overnight."
In similar Briefly.co.za news, little children honestly do and say the absolute cutest things. One such cute little one is this baby girl who was recently caught on camera having the most hilarious response to chicken feet for dinner.
In the clip that was uploaded to Twitter by Marco Reborn, an unknown person can be seen handing an adorable baby girl a plate with what looks like pap and some chicken feet. Clearly very reluctant to take the plate, the little one hilariously responds in her language, "I don't want hands."
The confused little one left many Twitter users laughing their butts off with her refusal to eat the South African delicacy as well as the fact that she managed to confuse the feet with hands, which is honestly the easiest mistake to make.
