Lira took to her Instagram account to share some snippets of her first performance in front of a live audience since the Lockdown period.
The star looked radiant as she recounted how she felt after being able to be back on stage. She also expressed gratitude to the Soweto audience for their energy and all-round good vibes.
The video footage of the event was filled with enthusiastic fans who were singing and dancing along with the performer. Lira said that she was exhausted after giving her all but that her heart was full.

Today was my first live performance in front of an audience - it was incredible to feel the energy of people and it be in such an awesome environment - thank you @theglenlivetsa and @disoufeng as well as the wonderful people of SOWETO for making this night so special. So good to be back !
