- While many Saffas have taken to Twitter to side with Mboro, others found the incident funny and are waiting for a response from the restaurant
Many South Africans seem to be on Paseka "Mboro" Motsoeneng's side after he went on a rant at a Nando's restaurant recently. In the rant, Mboro blames controversial religious leader Shepherd Bushri for the bad service he received at the restaurant.
Saffas have now taken to Twitter to not only share the video of Mboro's rant but to side with him as well. Many believe that the employees at the Nando's restaurant in question are supporters of Bushiri.
Others took the opportunity to turn the situation into a joke. Tweeps are also patiently waiting for a witty response from Nando's SA.
Briefly.co.za took to Twitter where Nando's is trending to see what people are saying about the incident.
"Pastor Mboro is complaining that Nando's workers who go to Prophet Bushiri’s church are refusing to serve him because he took Bushiri to court. @NandosSA how true is this?"
@Ronny16371036 said in response to a follower of Bushiri:
"Haibo served him right how? Wasn't Mboro in Nando's as a customer? Are the waiters supposed to put Nando's interest while on duty? Anyway, your response will be grateful."
"This is unfair what was done to Mboro at this Nando's outlet. @NandosSA, please deal with your staff there."
"I foresee an advert from Nando's. Mboro just gave them content."
"Can’t believe Major One’s followers who work at Nando's refused to serve Mboro some 1/4 mild chicken."
Earlier, Briefly.co.za reported on Mboro's rant at Nando's. In the video, Mboro can be seen dressed in a suit while expressively ranting about the service (or lack thereof) he was receiving at a Nando's restaurant.
Mboro blamed controversial religious leader Shepherd Bushiri for the service. He made claims that he was "suffering" because of Major 1. The 2-minute, 20-second rant was shared to Twitter by @HermaineM.
The 52-year-old has always been vocal about his feelings towards Bushiri. In the video, he quite loudly says: "We have to suffer because of Bushiri."
