Rappers are not often known for their sense of responsibility, but things may be changing in the music industry.

Emtee and his long-term girlfriend, Nicole Kendall Chinsamy recently welcomed their second child into the world, and the music artist says he loves being a dad.

The couple's second baby, Logan, was not planned, but Emtee says he felt ready this time to be a dad.

Briefly.co.za found out the couple didn't expect to have their first born three years ago. Two-year-old Avery, is a big brother now, but when they first found out Nicole was pregnant with him, Emtee was still a struggling artist.

He told Drum that he didn't know how things would end up, but he pushed himself hard because he knew there was someone to take care of.

Although Logan's birth was unplanned, both Nicole and Emtee's parents are thrilled to be having another grandchild.

Nicole is still busy completing her studies in fashion design at Sew Africa, so she was shocked to find out she was pregnant.

But Emtee's success as a music artist helped him feel ready to care for his expanding family.

"... I am a parent and a breadwinner ... I need to lead by example," the rapper told Drum in his interview.

It seems he is certainly doing that. Last year he toured England, and his growing record label, African Trap Movement has just signed artists Sims and Just G.

Avery is also thrilled to be a big brother to Logan, and Emtee showed his sons off proudly on Instagram.
