Pearl Thusi has realised the power of social media when it comes to getting a service provider to listen. Having recently experienced an issue with FNB, Pearl used social media to get it resolved.
Deciding to go with FNB Business Banking after she had heard great things about it, Pearl learnt her lesson quickly when things fell apart and the bank failed to assist her.
Taking to social media, Pearl cried out to those who suggested she bank with FNB, asking them why they felt the need to put her through this mess. Shame, sis was going through the most.
“To everyone who suggested I do FNB business banking... you didn’t have to put me through this. You could have just told me you hate me?”
Pearl was feeling some type of way about FNB Business Banking and was clearly getting nowhere in terms of resolving the issue.
“FNB business banking service.”
Judging by Pearl’s final post about FNB, her social media outcry helped. Pearl let the people know that FNB got back to her and provided the much-needed assistance she was looking for.
“Always good to come back with feedback. Got sorted with @FNBSA. Thanks guys.”
Briefly.co.za previously reported that Pearl Thusi knows the power of social media and just proved it. After having trouble getting City Power Joburg’s attention, Pearl was left with no other choice than to take it to the Twitter streets.
After trying to contact City Power Joburg multiple times regarding an exposed power box hanging outside her gate and getting no response, Pearl knew she had to get their attention in a more public manner then.
Taking to social media, Pearl explained her situation and tagged City Power Joburg in the post. Pearl made it clear that she did not want to take the matter to social media but felt she had no other choice.
