A wedding between a Ghanaian male fire service personnel and his pretty bride has caught the attention of many netizens following a prank that was played on the couple.
In a video sighted by Briefly.co.za, the bride and groom were seen coming out of what looked like a church service and were accompanied by some firefighters.
As they stepped out, water hoses started spraying and they had to go through it - it appears this is a tradition for all firefighters who get married.
The groom, who is the one working for the Ghana National Service, was seen dressed in his full ceremonial uniform. The bride was wearing a white wedding gown and was also made to partake in the 'flooding' tradition.
In the video, the couple is seen holding hands and were made to go through the water that was coming with full pressure from the fire truck.
While going through the rushing water, the groom grabbed his bride tightly and lifted her up at a point to prevent her from falling or dirtying her nice wedding gown.
As the exercise was ongoing, some colleagues of the groom were heard cheering him on with others ordering him to do it the right way or risk doing it again.
The video has managed to get onto the internet and is going viral currently.
