Georgia has finished its statewide audit of the US presidential race, confirming that projected President-elect Joe Biden defeated President Donald Trump.
A news release from the secretary of state's office confirmed the completion of the statewide audit and its findings.
The recount resulted in officials in four counties discovering a total of about 5,800 votes. Trump has inched about 1,400 votes closer to Biden as a result but remains the loser.

Americans have been commenting on the news via social media.
Steven Woodruff wrote on Twitter:
“Joe Biden has won Georgia, again. That's another 16 electoral votes. Loving this recount action.”
Lisa Defries wrote:
“I wonder how many times Trump will get the Georgians to recount their election.”
Jay Rod wrote:
“Trump and his supporters will lose so many times that their heads will spin. His supporters already want an audit which trump is entitled to but it will give the same result. He will lose again.”
Noah Diaz wrote:
“The already extremely narrow path for Trump's re-election has now become all but impossible. He needs to concede and start the transition of power.
“He got to play his games to appease his ego now it’s time to do what’s best for America not what’s best for himself.”

"Must feel pretty sh*tty to have done all that cheating, rigging the USPS, told supporters to vote twice, spent a billion dollars, and get beaten in Arizona, Georgia, and the whole d*mn election by Obama’s VP who you repeatedly called "Sleepy."
"You love to see it."
Recall that Briefly.co.za reported that President Trump’s combative attorney, Rudy Giuliani, recently claimed that the just concluded presidential election would be overturned.
Giuliani claimed he has “evidence” that “corrupt machines” had deleted millions of votes for Trump — but could not share it.
