Briefly.co.za previously reported that Generations: The Legacy's main man is set to leave the show for greener pastures. Vuyo Dabula confirmed that he would be leaving the show for good. Dabula has chosen Queen Sono over his more stable Generations job and shocked many.

The producers gave him an ultimatum and asked him to chose between the soapie and the Netflix show.

Dabula did not hesitate and made his decision. It was further reported that Vuyo has been wanting to leave Generations for a while now and the ultimatum was the perfect exit strategy.

According to Daily Sun, Dabula said he was going to announce the news in due time but since it has already been revealed then: "I guess it is what is.”

In similar news, Briefly.co.za reported that Zoe Mthiyane has been removed from Generations: The Legacy and fans were shook but it didn't take long for a replacement to be found.

Zoe's departure was filled with as much drama as a daytime soapie, she was arrested for allegedly driving while under the influence and fans have suspected that this may have been one of the reasons for her removal.

However, this is all speculation and nothing firm has come from the studio or Zoe as the reason for her dismissal. Fans have reacted to the news that she will be replaced by Motshidi Motshekgwa, however, this has not yet been 100% confirmed.
