Thuso Mbedu is headed for the stars and we love to see it. According to reports, the Mzansi actress has been shortlisted for a role in a Disney series.

The Emmy-nominated actress may be joining the Jedi Master Obi-Wan Kenobi in his upcoming series coming to the American streaming service Disney+.

According to reports, Thuso is one of the three actresses who are gunning for the position.

Her competition includes Anula Navlekar and Naomi Scott, reports Twitter account @DiscussingFilm.

Meanwhile, previously reported that Thuso Mbedu doesn’t reveal much about her private life but she recently took to social media to drop a bombshell. She revealed that rapper Zingah once wrote a whole song about her when he was shooting his shot.

Taking to Twitter, Thuso posted her comment on Zingah’s post that was expressing his excitement for his solo album Sessions At The Crib.

The actress shared a video of the rapper blushing in her presence and revealed that that one of the songs on the album titled Pick Up The Phone is about her.
