Prince Kaybee is tired of not receiving the recognition he believes that he deserves. No matter how many awards he wins, charts he tops or records he sells, Prince Kaybee feels it is never enough.

Having recently been recognized for his work, Prince Kaybee was annoyed by how little effort went into the recognition. Man wants to be made a big deal about.

Taking to social media, Prince Kaybee shared a post made by Kgopolo Mphela where he praised him for the awesome shoutout he got by featuring on the Time Magazine’s coveted 10 Best Songs of 2020 list.

Prince Kaybee felt that the feature was weak and that it was poor of Kgopolo to not have even had the decency to have tagged him in the post. Ishu, our guy was clearly touched.

“I wish someone else could’ve gotten the nod, really tired of these wins and don’t get celebrated enough, I mean even the person reporting this couldn’t even tag me. But this is nice.”

Seeing Prince Kaybee’s rant, fans took to the comment section to let him know that he needs to chill. The people wanted to know if Prince Kaybee would maybe like some balloons or a parade, because clearly nothing makes him happy.

“Stop with the whining already Geez, you're a very good artist and we celebrate you but you're beginning to sound like a fake humble.”

Briefly.co.za previously reported that Prince Kaybee is flying the Mzansi flag high with his talent. The multi-award-winning musician and DJ has been featured on the prestigious Times Magazine’s coveted “10 Best Songs of 2020”.

Prince Kaybee is the only African making an appearance on the list. The accomplishment is for his hit single, Uwrongo, featuring ensemble: Shimza, Black Motion and Ami Faku.

The track has cemented Prince Kaybee’s biggest breakthrough year on the global music scene.
