"We’ve lost our identity. In this day and age you don’t need a label, you just need to copy the hottest US rapper of the moment and you’re good to go. South African rappers are judged on how well they can copy Americans, that’s just the sad truth," said Nota.

He went on to say that he congratulates all the "wannabes" who have completely disregarded the blueprint that was given to them.

Flame was not having it as he took to Twitter afterwards and made comments about how Nota has to be cancelled for talking too much.

"So Nota speaking s*** bout my moms … I have to kick his a**,” tweeted Flame.

Briefly.co.za previously reported that Nota Baloyi came at Stogie T sideways, saying he's "broke and a fraud". Nhlamulo "Nota" Baloyi, best known for being Kwesta's former manager, has come out and said that the rapper Tumi Molekane, otherwise known as Stogie T, is broke and is also a fraud. Taking to social media, Nota shared some very personal details about Stogie T's current situation.
