AKA recently took to social media to respond to the shade of his banana-flavoured vodka. Popular Instagram account The Shade Room (TSR) threw shade at the direction of his vodka on the photo-sharing app recently.
TSR posted a snap of Supa Mega's new product and Schwarzkopf göt2b Glued Blasting Freeze Spray for its "bish stole my look" feature. Mega took to Twitter on Sunday, 29 November to respond to screenshots of TSR's now-deleted post after it went viral. The Fela In Versace star wrote:
"People hating got my product on the shade room. Now 21.5 million more people know about #BananaDeluxe... thank you so much! Keep it up!!!"
The screenshot trended online as more and more people dragged AKA for the branding of his vodka. AKA also wrote on Sunday, 29 November:
"The shade room is big... 21.5million followers on Instagram. What a blessing."
