Connie's sister Atosie Pilane took to social media to pen a heartfelt message wishing the couple a great anniversary celebration. She said:

Briefly.co.za had previously reported that Connie Ferguson was recently surprised with a stunning portrait of herself while she was at the gym with her daughter, Alicia.The Queen producer had been working out with Alicia and their personal trainer when the beautiful gift arrived.
The veteran actress took to Instagram to show off the stunning portrait. Connie celebrated her 50th birthday in June but her friends who did not get to share her special day with her due to the Covid-19 pandemic are still giving her presents.
The star shared videos of the portrait arriving. She revealed that it was painted by artist Doctor Khumalo. She captioned her post:

After @sinalonokele563 killed us in today’s #suicidesaturday, this just lifted my mood and my spirit so much I could have done another full session.
