Letoya Makhene took to social media to tell single moms not to accept that deadbeat dad's dont contribute to child support, but to take them to court and make them pay.
The singer was responding to a tweet that dealt with dads wanting a say in a child's life but not contributing to it financially. Letoya said enough is enough and advised women to fight until they get the child support that they are owed.
Letoya passionately stated that there are far too many women who get stuck with being financially responsible all on their own.
Letoya urged her followers not to accept the status quo and to make sure that both parts of the parenting unit were responsible for the children's upbringing and support:
"Don’t back down! If you have to go for the DNA test - DO IT and make him pay for it. Then you take him to court and make him pay child support! Too many women are left with the burden of solely being financially responsible for their kids and we let these men get away with this! Fight him! Fight hard!"
One of Letoya's followers responded by saying:
