Lady turns down job because she is scared of infamous bridge

- The fear of the ever-busy Lagos Third Mainland Bridge has made an unnamed lady reject a job offer on the island

- Despite the help of free transport of her home, the applicant maintained that would not solve her phobia of water

A lady has turned down an offer of a very good job because she is scared of the Third Mainland Bridge in Lagos state.

A Twitter user, Lola Okunrin, made it known on Wednesday, December 2, saying the job was going to be paying a salary of R7 500 every month.

When the lady applied for the job, she thought she would be working at the mainland branch of the company.

Okunrin said due to the COVID-19 pandemic, operations were restricted to just the company's offices on the island.

Despite a worker offering to transport her so she does not have to worry about scouting for transport, the lady maintained her stance.
