- Ngakane excitedly shared Tshepo's story to the #ImStaying group on Facebook as a means of thanks
Ngakane Ntshangase Tidimalo shared a post online last week about a little girl whose Christmas wish was to have food. Ngakane felt stressed as she tried to figure out how she was going to make this little girl's wish come true.
That's where 9-year-old Tshepo came to the rescue. Tshepo wanted to spend his birthday by giving hope and love to a disadvantaged family. The young man sent Ngakane R800 with a little note reading: "Happiness to every child, merry Christmas."
Ngakane was so taken aback by this random act of kindness by such a young person that she shared the news to the #ImStaying group on Facebook.
Ngakane concluded her post by saying:
"Dear Tshepo the little kind and caring little man that you are, God will bless you for eternity. Your mum is a lucky woman to be raising a king like you. Before a house is built it must have a strong foundation so that in the future the house won't fall.
"To your mum, you are that foundation and you will grow up to be strong. Happy birthday Tshepo, whoever named you saw something in you cause you really are hope. #Imstaying."
Just like Ngakane, Stayers were shocked and extremely grateful for Tshepo's big heart.
Thozama Lydia Fihla wrote:
"Wow, I'm in tears, what a kind-hearted little man. May God bless him and his family abundantly."
Gail McCreadie said:
"Happy birthday Tshepo, you have a beautiful heart & soul."
Kamen Moodley commented:
"Tshepo... You are God's gift to this world."
Cheryl Jones added:
"Happy Birthday Tshepo. Hope you have an awesome day. Thank you for what you are doing."
In other news about good Samaritans, Briefly.co.za recently reported on a lady who shared a throwback to feeding homeless people on Christmas. Manjomane Njomane is someone who is trying her best to make a difference where she can.
Last year Manjomane went out of her way to cook a Christmas lunch for homeless people nearby. With the help of family and friends, Manjomane was able to feed 200 less fortunate people on Christmas day.
She shared images of her wonderful deed to the #ImStaying group on Facebook and added that she would be feeding people again this year.
