- Nota Baloyi has shaded Nasty C for calling his album Zulu Man With Some Power
- Nota Baloyi referred to Big Zulu as the real 'Zulu Man With Some Power'
- Nota shared that Big Zulu dropped some of the biggest hip-hop tracks in Mzansi in 2020
Nota Baloyi has thrown major shade in the direction of Nasty C. Nota, who is Kwesta's former manager, reportedly said that Big Zulu deserves to be called 'Zulu Man With Some Power' not Nasty C.
Big Zulu is riding the wave of his new single titled Imali Eningi. The track is ne of the most-played songs on Mzansi radio stations currently. It is also one of the most talked about tracks on Twitter since the month of December began.
Big Zulu recently shared on Instagram that the epic track's music video has reached one million views in just one week. Nasty C dropped his album titled Zulu Man With Some Power in August this year. Nota believes that the title of the There They Go hitmaker's album would suit Big Zulu better because he has dropped hot hip-hop tracks this year.
According to SAHipHopMag, Nota recently applauded Big Zulu for his authenticity and for releasing Mzansi's biggest hip-hop hits in 2020.
"Big Zulu has had 2 of 3 of SA Hip-hop’s biggest hits in 2020 why not just congratulate the real Zulu man with some power?... We will not have these kids with lost identity being role model to the kids growing up watching them on TV. I’ll fight for the culture to the death!"
In related news, Briefly.co.za reported that Cassper Nyovest has given Big Zulu's smash hit titled Imali Eningi his stamp of approval. The Amademoni hitmaker took to social media recently to share his views on the epic track. The song has been trending on Twitter since the past weekend.
Cass took to the micro-blogging app on Saturday, 5 December and shared that he's also feeling the track. Big Zulu features Intaba Yase Dubai and Riky Rick on the single. The hashtag #ImaliEningi is still trending high on Twitter on Tuesday, 8 December.
Cass has congratulated Big Zulu for dropping the track with catchy lyrics. Zulu, Riky and Intaba sing about having a lot of money and eating meat on the viral track. Mufasa wrote:
"@BigZulu_ZN big big big song!!!! Congrats!!!!"
Cassper Nyovest's fans took to his comment section to share their own views on his post. One tweep @SquardOnChest wrote:
"I like to see this. An artist congratulating another artist."
