Basetsana and Romeo Kumalo are celebrating 20 wonderful years of wedded bliss. The couple has been together for a total of 23 years in total and couldn't be any happier. Basetsana took to Instagram to write a lengthy post about how much she appreciates her husband.
"From the day I met you, I knew I had met an incredible man with a beautiful soul, a kind heart," said Basetsana.
Basetsana shared that she did not know that Romeo would come to be such a big part of her life:
"I didn’t quite know what a gift you would be to my life journey, what deep and profound joy you would bring me, what life long memories we would go on and create."
The former Miss South Africa applauded her husband for accepting her for who she is and never trying to change her. She also thanked him for their children and for providing for them as the head of the household.
Commenting on the future they have together, Basetsana said: "As we advance in age, I look forward to the memories of us still holding hands in sunsets. I’m truly one lucky woman to call you my husband, the father of my children."
