These three women prove you can be overweight and still be fit. Tracey-Lee Lusty, Jessamyn Stanley, and CeCe Olisa are all overweight women who also achieve some incredible fitness goals.

Jessamyn is a yoga instructor, Tracey-Lee signed with Adidas to be part of their Sport has the Power to Change Lives campaign, and CeCe is a fashion model and business woman.

All three women are plus-size and proud of it. Their whole purpose in showcasing their bodies is to help women realise that they're fabulous no matter what size they may be.

Briefly.co.za took a look at their blogs and Instagram accounts, to bring you some words of wisdom from women who are living their lives to the full, without worrying about their weight.

Jessamyn said on a post that she fell in love with the athletic wear she was given for a JC Penney photo shoot.

"However, we rarely see fat bodied athletes wearing revealing clothing. I think it’s because we’re expected to hide our bodies beneath layers of fabric. However, feeling good about ourselves should be a universal value- and what better way to manifest self-love than by wearing the clothes we actually WANT to wear, instead of the clothes we’re expected to wear? Regardless of body shape or size, we’re all meant to live our best lives right now, at this exact moment," she said.

Tracey-Lee is on a journey to lose weight and get fit and healthy, but she's also all about inspiring women who are on their own journeys towards health and wellness.

She struggles with Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome, so getting healthy has been a priority in her life.

CeCe Olisa co-founded theCURVYcon and said her personal motto is: "Don't wait on your weight to live the life you want."

We wholeheartedly agree!
