Sho Madjozi has been nominated for an MTV Africa Music Award and she could not be any more grateful to her fans. The South African music artist has been receiving international recognition lately in her career and this is just to add to her list of achievements.

Maya took to social media to express her gratitude to her fans for the nomination and also took the opportunity to share that she has collaborated with a number of artists this year.

"This year I did features with Davido, Stormzy, Marioo, Darassa, Makhadzi, AKA, Dr Thomas Chauke and more," wrote Sho Madjozi on Twitter.

She was nominated for the award for the Best Female Artist at the MTV MAMAs. She is up against Busiswa, Tiwa Savage, Yemi Alade, Soraia Ramos, Sheebah and Simi in the category. Sho Madjozi also asked her fans to vote for her.
