It was via Instagram, that Unathi shared that she is often just how she stays to remain so happy regardless of the circumstances that surround her. Her reply was one of wise words. Unathi stated that we all need to prioritise our own happiness. We should all refrain from trying to give which we do not have!
Unathi believes that the only way to lead a happy life is to work on things that make you happy. Go and chose that will fulfil you and aid to help repair your inner being.
“The secret is that you work on your happiness by consciously choosing to do the things that fill you up, the things that help you to repair yourself and the things that make you happy.”
She went on to say that, in order to give yourself to others, you need to ensure that you yourself are content with life. These are some valuable lessons that we all should take and make a part of our life.
