Moshe Ndiki recently lost a family member to Covid-19 and his hubby Phelo Bala revealed the sad news on social media.

Moshe laid his uncle to rest in Bloemfontein at a family funeral where he was comforted and accompanied by Phelo to mourn the death of their loved one.

Phelo's caption conveyed the sadness at losing a person to the virus and implored his followers to stay safe over the festive season.

"Today we laid my uncle-in-law to rest. To think that there’s two more close family funerals left before Christmas is abit much. Let’s keep safe guys. COVID has never been so real for me."

Moshe wrote to his husband that he was grateful for his comfort during the difficult time:
