Somizi is already making his resolutions for the new year and took to social media to announce that he's planning on upping his cooking game.
The media personality posted on Instagram that he intends on attending culinary school part-time in 2021.
Dinner at Somizi's has shown that Somgaga has a raw talent for cooking and the release of his cookbook showed how seriously he is taking his kitchen skills.
The caption Somizi wrote accompanied a series of pictures of food he had prepared. The dish was made up of gin and lemon jelly, passion fruit sorbet, mini blueberry pies and pistachio ice cream.
He then explained how he knows he has a feel for the culinary arts but wants to nurture his abilities through proper training:
"I'm def going to culinary school next year part time to fine tune my skills in the kitchen.....but mainly to learn how to make desserts........if I can do this without training u can imagine what I can do with training....."

2020 has been an eventful year for Somizi Mhlongo-Motaung. He has had moments of controversy but he has also managed to secure the bag too this year. To add to the list of Ws he bagged in 2020, Somizi's cooking show made it to the Top 10 of the Best of 2020 list on Showmax. Somizi was grateful for the fact that Dinner At Somizi's made it on the list at 6th place.
He was extra thrilled because his wedding special with his husband Mohale, Somizi & Mohale: The Union, also made it onto the list at fourth place.
"In the words of the famous poet Boity, 'Own your throne'. Twice in top 10. Not bad at all. No actually, that's super amazing. I'm amped for 2021 contents," said Somizi.
