Pearl originally purchased the house in 2017 and it holds specific significance as she bought it as a surprise gift to then make into her father's home.
Pearl also had another thing to celebrate as it was also her first birthday as a momma.
The radio personality welcomed little Olivier Lewatle earlier this year and has been vocal about how much she adores being a mom.
