A 27-year-old man from Kampala's Kisaasi area was found on Saturday, February 24 by police after he went missing two weeks to his wedding day.
Briefly.co.za understands, Philip Tumwebaze was found hiding at his friends place after he failed to raise funds for his much anticipated wedding.

The young lad's family had reported the case of a "missing person" on Saturday, February 17 sparking fears that the Information and communication technology (ICT) expert had been kidnapped.
Philip had left his parents home to buy airtime in preparation for his wedding meeting when he suddenly went missing.
"This is Phillip Tumwebaze missing since Fri 16th Feb 2018. His family is anxious for any leads that will lead to his safe return." read a tweet by Hannah.
According to a report by Uganda's Red Pepper, police have set up investigations to ascertain the precise reasons behind his disappearance.
With the investigations ongoing, the police handed the groom-too-be to the wedding committee to proceed with the wedding plans.
Since his return, friends have started a funds drive to help him fund the wedding set for Saturday, March 3.
