In his Cabinet reshuffle on Monday, President Cyril Ramaphosa announced that Bathabile Dlamini will now head the Department of Women in the Presidency.

Many South Africans immediately took to social media to express their disbelief, citing the social grants debacle as a major reason she should have been fired.
