AKA has shared that his beef with Nigerian star Burna Boy is water under the bridge now. The rapper has seemingly put his beef with Burna Boy behind him.

The two musicians beefed in 2019 after the Nigerian artist urged foreigners in Mzansi to protect themselves against xenophobic attacks at the time.

AKA, who had featured the Real Life hitmaker on two songs at the time, called him out and asked for an apology. Supa Mega reminded Burna Boy that Mzansi had welcomed him with open arms before he became a world renowned superstar. They have never seen eye to eye since that time.

A fan from Nigeria asked the Fela In Versace hitmaker on Wednesday, 27 January if they are still beefing with Burna Boy. Mega replied:

"2019 just called and said they need their tweet back."

AKA has moved on from the beef, it seems. The rapper is currently enjoying the success of his SABC 1 TV show titled The Braai Show and his new album Bhovamania is doing very well.

In other news, Briefly.co.za reported that AKA has explained why he can't interview up and coming artists on The Braai Show. The rapper-turned-TV presenter took to social media a few days ago to explain to a fan why he only interviews famous people.

A fan, who watched the show for the first time recently, had asked Supa Mega on Twitter why he doesn't interview upcoming businesses and artists. The Fela In Versace hitmaker replied to the tweep:

"That would be great if perhaps we had more time on the show. Unfortunately right now all we have is 30mins an episode. So we have to use already established personalities because ultimately people want to watch me interview FAMOUS people."

AKA's fans took to his comment section to share their thoughts on his response to the tweep. @FIREINTHEWATER6 added:

"Great response Forbes, you're a Genius man. A Living Legend. For me you're the Greatest to ever to do it. God Bless you Big Brother."
