- A German model did not hesitate to get her cat's hair made into ink and have an enormous tattoo of the feline drawn onto her thigh
- The model wanted a way to keep her beloved pet close to her forever
A German model found a way to keep her cat close to her forever. She had a huge tattoo of it drawn on her thigh but it wasn't just any tattoo.
The ink was made from her cat's fur that way the cat would really be with her, forever.
Briefly.co.za learned that Kathrin Toelle, whose modelling name is Makani Terror has a way to keep her cat with her for all time. When she had heard about the new ink she didn't hesitate according to odditycentral.com.
The cat, Gizmo, is not only her pet but an enormous tattoo on Kathrin's upper thigh.
The ink is created by a Swiss company called Skin46. The ink is created by drawing medically clean organic carbon out of animal or human hair.
Five grams of the hair is all the lab needs to process the ink and send it back but it is not cheap, a batch of the ink costs $720 (R8495).
“It’s common to have a tattoo of a loved one in so many different ways, shapes and forms. There’s no limit to how a relationship‘s bonds can be celebrated in tattoo art,” the Skin46 website states. “Skin46 ink enables the next level of emotional connection between the person and the tattoo and takes ink one step deeper.”
