Mzansi Magic's reality show "Yim'Lo" gives people the opportunity to reveal their hidden lives in a safe environment. On Thuli’s reveal on Tuesday night’s episode, left many viewers with heavy hearts.

Dineo Ranaka is the TV presenter for this show and she assists people in coming clean about their hidden lives.

Thuli’s confession was that she had been working as a prostitute for two years as a means to care for her children. She lied to her parents about what she was doing and wanted to get it off her chest.

She did not get the support that she was yearning for from her parents, instead they went to point out that she has an anger issue that they feel needs sorting.

This left some viewers with a heavy heart and a bitter taste in their mouth as they feel this show gives a reflection of the reality of society today. Viewers expressed that they understand her struggle that it is a matter of reality that deserves support, not judgment.
