Anatii is trending on social media after it was discovered that the South African musician was involved in the writing of the Grammy-award-winning song Brown Skin Girl.

Many have felt that he is also a Grammy winner in his own right for his involvement in the song. So while Anatii isn’t technically a winner of the prestigious award, South Africans have decided to congratulate him anyway.

Media personality Lerato Sengadi took to Twitter and posted:

“Our very own Grammy winner... Anatii you continue to make us so proud! We miss you!”

Her post was followed up by many other social media users who also showed love to the Mzansi talent. Twitter user kgatlii said:
