The country has a beautiful new Mrs South Africa and her name is Thenjiwe Mdluli, a 31-year-old Johannesburg, Edenvale beauty. Mdluli was crowned last night during the pageant finale that took place at Emperors Palace.

Mdluli is a philanthropist, businesswoman and fitness enthusiast who believes that she can help change the country's perception of health and fitness in a way that will be beneficial to everyone's goodness and wellbeing.

Stunning 38-year-old Sumaiya Omar from Cape Town came in as Mdluli's first princess while beautiful Zikona Ngata from East London came in as the second princess.
