In the Tweet, Rantu shows a quote for building materials to complete the home in Mafikeng. The family needs around R15 000 to complete the building.
Briefly.co.za discovered that Rantu is part of a car-club which assists less fortunate people, the car-owners volunteer their time and assist with renovations and rebuilding projects.
According to Rantu, the home will house a family of 15 once it is completed.
The group has approached the office of the premier of North West and the local municipality for assistance, it is unclear whether they have received financial assistance.
