'I feel invincible': Man, 30, causes social media stir by wearing high heels to work

A 30-year-old man in Sydney, Australia, has no qualms about wearing stilettos to work along with his business suit.

Briefly.co.za gathered that Ashley Maxwell-Lam wears the high heels three times a week because they make him feel invincible.

According to Daily Mail, Ashley, who is a project manager, was inspired by a tall female co-worker. The Project TV made a feature about him. Watch it below.

Speaking to new.com.au, Ashley said when the co-worker told him that high heels made her feel strong and confident, he decided to try them out.

However, he ended up turning many heads. He said:

It's fierce. No one expects to see a six-foot-tall man walking in six-inch stilettos.

Ashley explained how he felt when he first wore stilettos:

I felt confident, I felt invincible, I felt empowered; like I could take on anything and do anything.
