If you're planning on bashing women to try and score some points with DJ Zinhle, best change your tactics.

A Twitter user found out the hard way that DJ Zinhle is a true feminist, when he tried to pay her a compliment by insulting Bonang.

Zinhle and Bonang were caught in a love triangle when it emerged that AKA had been cheating on the DJ with the Top Billing presenter.

While they may not be friends any longer, the bonds of womanhood are stronger than their enmity towards each other, and Zinhle told the tweep off for trashing women.

Briefly.co.za learned it started when Zinhle shared a tweet with photos of her time in Durban.

From there, it escalated, when the Twitter user tried to pay her a backhanded compliment, by referring to her breakup with AKA and Bonang's appearance, which he compared with a goat emoji.

Instead of being drawn into insulting Bonang, DJ Zinhle maturely responded by telling the tweep to stop trashing women.

Her reaction has earned her the respect of social media users, with one person correctly predicting the media headlines.
