For many South Africans, earning a degree is more valuable than a simple piece of paper. Our degrees represent access to new lives, new beginnings and cementing financial security for generations to come.

One local Free State mom proved it's never too late to make our dreams of education come true as her daughter @Tshoki_Moses took to social media to share her mom's accomplishment.

The user pleasantly shared that the pair had recently graduated from the University of the Free State together. Receipts in hand, @Tshoki_Moses posts images of their names displayed on the Universities Graduating Class of 2021 list.
