Zodwa Wabantu doesn't want any young girls to have to depend on a man. The socialite recently shared that she paid a lady R500 to braid her hair so that she could empower her. Zodwa recently said that she would like to make things easier for people and she's sticking to her word.

The socialite posted a video on Instagram to let the people know that she paid the lady R500 so that she could buy essential items when she's done. After all, life in Mzansi is expensive and it's hard for some people to get by.

“I called any young girl and asked, 'Do you know how to braid?' So that with R500, she can take it home and buy herself pads, roll-on and airtime,” wrote Zodwa.
